Coach, listener, and circle guide for sensitive women navigating grief, growth, and the mess of midlife

I’M MIHA - THE VOICE BEHIND THE BLUE CHAIR

If you’re here, maybe you know what it feels like to disappear.

Behind caregiving. Behind expectations. Behind being the one who always holds it together.

Maybe you’ve been the reliable one. The good one.The one who manages, even when no one’s asking how you’re doing.

Maybe you’ve spent years living for others, and now there’s a quiet ache. A whisper that says: I’m ready to come home.

That ache is how The Blue Chair began.

For years, I buried my voice because I was taught to not disturb, to not take up space. I let the rage build up. I let the sadness bury my creativity. I let the roles define me, until my body said no.

Until I couldn't keep disappearing into the life I'd been told to live.

And that’s when I started making space. First for myself. Then for others.

And in that space, The Blue Chair was born.

The world doesn’t need more women who push through.

It needs more women who come home to themselves.

Long before it was given a name, this sanctuary was looking for em.body.ment.

Its beginnings: hostile, bleak, not very friendly; forged in the shadow of its own Mordor. It was a place of grief, doubt, resistance, setbacks, endless skepticism and relentless trials. Yet with support and perseverance, out of chaos, The Blue Chair was born.

In the distance between grief and peace, lies Life. And Life wants to be witnessed. I didn’t understand it at first. So Life guided me to a (work)place with lots of blue chairs around. And in one of those chairs, right next to my desk, people would come and take a sit and start downloading the weight of theirs tasks… or day… or family… or Life.

At one point I pinned a tiny poster above the chair: Dance before you sit. Cause Life seems lighter when you shake it off! When you just let it all out!

And after some time of being a listener and a space holder for all these people, I heard it loud and clear: The Blue Chair

A space, a sanctuary, some days just a chair where your stories, no matter how big or small are contained, are heard, are listened to.

A place where Life is given a voice.

I believe in:

  • Spaces that feel safe enough to unravel

  • Gentle rhythms that honour your body and your truth

  • The quiet power of being witnessed, unrushed

  • The slow magic of gathering with other women who get it

  • Your right to stop performing and start listening inward

Here, we don’t force transformation. We hold it. We honour it. And we patiently let it unfold.

I will never ask you to be stronger. But I’ll sit with you, and hold the space until you remember how strong you already are

The Blue Chair is the place you land when you’re tired of hiding and hungry to feel free again.

It’s the sanctuary where you return to yourself through stories, movement, learning, sisterhood, and stillness. It’s where you’re allowed to be free & wild, expressive and untamed, imperfect and whole.

We gather in book clubs, in sacred circles, in honest 1:1 conversations. We talk about the rhythms of life. We remember our nature. We rebel against the invisibility of middle age. We open to play, poetry, movement, and truth.

Melanie Raphael - Your Witchy Mother

Miha writes like a woman who’s walked through fire and brought back a story.

Her work isn’t just beautiful, it’s felt. She names what most of us never learned to language: the grief of being a good girl, the ache of silenced rage, the sacred tension of becoming. If your healing is rooted in the body, and you’re craving language that feels like spiritual saltwater—follow her. She’s the real thing.
