How does it work?
The Blue Chair Session is a 1:1 online space holding session, designed to witness your stories, thoughts and emotions so that you can feel seen, heard and empowered to change what needs transformation, accept new aspects of yourself or let go of what no longer serves you.
It is not therapy. It is not coaching. It’s an intuitive modality based on the ancestral wisdom of story-telling and mirroring.

Once you sign up for a Blue Chair Session, you’ll get a confirmation via email and a link to book a 60 minute session online via Google Meet. If our schedules don’t match, we’ll try to find another suitable time for you.

Our meeting is led in an intuitive, adaptive way. I’ll ask you a few questions and let you speak. I may use an oracle card for guidance if you feel stuck. I offer you space and gentle mirroring, without giving you solution or advice.

Maybe you’ve spent years living for others, and now there’s a quiet ache. A whisper that says: I’m ready to come home.
That ache is how The Blue Chair began.
For years, I buried my voice because I was taught to not disturb, to not take up space. I let the rage build up. I let the sadness bury my creativity. I let the roles define me, until my body said no.
Until I couldn't keep disappearing into the life I'd been told to live.
And that’s when I started making space. First for myself. Then for others.
And in that space, The Blue Chair was born.
We are profoundly social beings. There’s great strength in working on yourself by yourself, but there’s another level of power when you let yourself be witnessed by compassionate eyes.
What’s the price of a Blue Chair Session?
The 1:1 Space Holding Sessions are currently on a pay-what-you-can basis, with a sliding scale between 20€ and 80€. Choose the amount that feels right for you in this moment, no justification or questions asked.

What happens during a Blue Chair session?
.There’s no rigid structure. Each session is intuitively guided based on how you arrive. We might begin with an oracle card, a grounding breath, or a simple question. Some women come in with something heavy on their heart. Others just need a quiet space to land. You don’t need to prepare anything. Simply show up as you are.
Is this like therapy or coaching?
Not quite. Blue Chair sessions are not clinical or goal-oriented. You won’t be given a strategy or diagnosis. This is a space to be witnessed, not fixed. A gentle pause where your emotions, silence, or truth can rise without pressure.
Who are these sessions really for?
These sessions are especially supportive for sensitive women in midlife who are carrying a lot emotionally, mentally, relationally. If you’re burned out, quietly grieving, navigating a hard season, or just want someone to hold the weight with you for a little while, this space is for you.
What if I cry or can’t talk at all?
You’re safe here. Tears, silence, laughter, rambling… it’s all welcome. There is no right way to show up. You will not be rushed, judged, or “managed.” I’ll be right there with you, gently holding the space however it needs to unfold.
I’m not sure I really need this… what if someone else needs it more?
If you’re reading this and feeling a tug in your heart, that’s enough. There is room here for you. You don’t have to be in crisis to be worthy of support.
How long is a session?
Each session lasts about one hour. You’ll receive a Google Meet link after booking. Sessions are never recorded.
What’s the cost?
Sessions are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. The suggested range is 20€–80€. Choose the amount that feels most aligned and accessible for you right now. There’s no need to explain.
How do I book?
Once you click on “book my session”, you’ll receive an email with a private booking link to schedule your session. If our calendars don’t align, you can reply to that email and we’ll find something that works for you.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Some women like to make this a monthly ritual — a moment of emotional rest and reflection. You’re welcome to return whenever you need.
What if I’m unsure or nervous?
That’s okay. It’s normal to feel nervous when you’re not used to being held. If you need to ask a few questions before booking, just send me an email at miha.thebluechair@gmail.com.
